OMP Perego specialises in the design and construction of medium-sized moulds for the automotive market, with maximum dimensions of 4000×2500 mm. The company offers a complete range of solutions, including deep-drawing, blanking, trimming and cold-forming dies. It also makes progressive and transferised pitch dies, as well as dies for robotic press lines.

Progressive pitch moulds

They allow the finished product to be produced with a single mould, giving the best performance in terms of product quality, speed and production price.

Transferred piece moulds

They allow the production of parts that require several operations on a single press.  They work at lower rates than progressive dies because the parts are moved from one operation to the next by a piece of equipment outside the mould called a transfer.

Moulds for robotic press lines

They allow large parts to be produced, the moulds are mounted on a line of presses and the parts are moved from one mould to another by mechanical robots.
