70 years of experience in mould making

OMP Perego was founded as Officina Meccanica Perego in 1954, later changing its name in 1968. The company produces moulds for the automotive market, designing and building medium-sized moulds for deep-drawing, shearing and cold-forming of sheet metal, progressive dies, transfer moulds and for robotized press lines.


The company headquarters is located in La Valletta Brianza - via Pascoli, 1 - on a total area of about 6000 square metres, and consists of a recently built office building - which also houses the technical office - and two warehouses covering an area of almost 3000 square metres, equipped with nine overhead cranes with a maximum capacity of 15 tonnes.

History

Precision masters in the service of quality

OMP Perego employs a staff of almost fifty people, capable of completely following the production process, starting from the feasibility study of the mould and ending with its production, subsequent testing and putting it on line.

All the operators working in the company - in the offices or in the production department - have the necessary qualifications, as required by current regulations.

The beating heart of our company is undoubtedly the modern technical office for mould design, equipped with innovative CAD/CAM systems and interfaced via an Ethernet network to the numerical control machines in the mechanical workshop.
All the technicians in the company work on modern machinery and the company's continuous investments allow it to be a flexible operator to guarantee an excellent product.
